STRESZCZENIE
Noam Chomsky constantly believes, as we can see in his recently published books, that we
should disenchant our world. To achieve this aim we should break with false perception of our
societies which is produced mainly by the government of the United States. Chomsky creates
a connection between actions taken by the US government in the foreign policy and its actions
taken at home. The government has the fear of its own citizens as well of the people which
lives outside the US. Two kinds of tools are used to control these two groups. The first group
is controlled by the brutal force and the second one by the mains of propaganda. And it is the
propaganda which is considered by Chomsky as the main element of the modern American
Empire. The ability to manipulate on the level of communication allows the US government
to hide its real intention. The propaganda in the democratic political system prevent people
from having an influence on its own government.
