The article presents Stefan M. Grzybowski’s view on social policy. He considers this
discipline as a study on thoughtful, social issue-oriented proceedings (the social issues result
from the social inequalities) as well as a method of accomplishing social and political goals.
Grzybowski claims that social policy is “knowledge about the proceedings, that lead to the
choice of means which are appropriate to solve social and political problems.” The author of
the article perceives these ideas as inspiration and a starting point to develop the main thesis
of Stefan M. Grzybowski.
