Situation of older immigrants in Europe — on the example of refugees
and resettlers-repatriates in Poland and in Germany

ABSTRACT
In the article was described a situation of older immigrants in Poland and Germany
— on the example of refugees and resettlers-repatriates. Then was characterised legal
conditioning regulating the process of immigration of these persons and legal conditioning
stay to territory both countries. Moreover was described financial circumstances and
adaptation problems of this groups of immigrants. Also were assessed possibilities for
improvement of their situation in the future.
