ABSTRACT
There are many limiting conditions of the market solutions in the field of the Health Care. These limitations cause the ineffectivity of market mechanisms in the sphere of the Health Care. The
majority of the problems concerning effective allocation is implicated by im perfect information,
existing both on the market of health services and on the insurance markets. The additional obstacles are caused by the externality effect of consumption and public goods dilemma. The artice presents views on the limitations of market allocation.
